Cases handled under a contingency fee basis, means that there are no up-front costs for clients. Our attorneys only get paid if they win your case, after which they become entitled to collect a predetermined percentage of the total settlement as payment. If your attorneys do not have success in winning your case, then you are not responsible for paying them any legal fees out of pocket.
After you have signed the client-attorney agreement, you will receive a call from our Health care Coordinator. He/She will go over the different doctors and chiropractors in your area that are a part of our personal injury team. Once you agree to an office, we will have the office call and schedule your appointment.
You will never have to pay out of pocket when you are working with our healthcare team. The bill's will be forwarded to the attorney, who will include them in the demand sent to the at-fault party's insurance company.
